Daily Activities

Proper warm-up and cool-down: We begin each session with a gentle warm-up to prepare the children’s bodies for the practice and end with a cool-down to help them relax and recover.
Children’s Yoga
Children’s yoga helps improve flexibility, strength, coordination, and balance. It also promotes better posture and body awareness.
Storytime Yoga
Create themed yoga classes based on children’s favorite stories, movies, or interests. We use storytelling, role-playing, and creative visualization to make yoga more engaging and entertaining, beneficial to kids of all ages.
Obstacle courses
We have designed obstacle courses for children that are a fun and exciting way to promote physical activity, coordination, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
Yoga Games
